Both are dedicated to their clients and go above and beyond to ensure a positive and productive experience. It was clear I was in good hands from start to finish.
After some initial exchanges of interest and information we began monitoring houses that were coming on the market in our area of interest.
At 8 am, while still in bed, I saw a house that met our criteria. I called Michele and within two hours she and Ansley were at the house doing a video walk through and within 24 hours we had an agreement. This is the fourth house we have purchased, and Michele has by far been the best real estate agent we have worked with. While most agents are less interested/responsive after the agreement is completed, Michele continued to respond to every question or request for help. Even after the closing she continues to respond to requests for information on how to address an issue or who to call for help. Her 22 years of experience and knowledge of the local service people has been of tremendous assistance as we navigate multiple atypical challenges. (At least they are atypical to those of us who do not have experience with NC's bizarre law regarding the purchase of properties that were short term rentals.)We are extremely happy with the help and guidance we have received, and unequivocally recommend both Michele and Ansley as highly knowledgeable and professional real estate agents! While we plan to be in the house for many years, they will be our first call if we ever decide to sell.
